1. Introduction
Building Persona is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible while maintaining the integrity of our business practices. We strive to resolve any issues that may arise and will work with our clients to find the best solution.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- A service was not delivered as agreed or was significantly different from the agreed scope.
- A technical issue on our end prevented the successful completion of the project.
- The client cancels the project within 7 days of payment, provided no substantial work has been completed.
- The client is dissatisfied with the initial draft of the project and requests termination before full completion, subject to a partial refund assessment.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If a project is canceled after initial work has begun but before completion, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the work completed.
- If Building Persona fails to meet a significant deadline without prior agreement, clients may be eligible for a partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The project has been completed and approved by the client.
- The delay in project completion was due to the client’s inaction, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide required information.
- Any custom work, including branding, development, design, or consultation, has already begun and substantial progress has been made.
- The client has changed their mind after work has already started.
- The issue is related to third-party service failures that are beyond Building Persona’s control.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must email support@buildingpersona.com with a detailed explanation of their request. Building Persona will review the request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund dispute arises, Building Persona will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to an independent mediator or legal resolution.
